Bagh Terms & Conditions — All Policies on Membership & Betting

Bagh (bagh.plus) is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bagh and its members ("you" or "user").

By using bagh's website, mobile site, or any of its services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms may be updated at any time and will take effect as soon as the revised version is published on the website.

Bagh reserves the right to add, remove, or modify any service at its discretion and at any time. Under special circumstances, bagh may suspend or close an account without prior notice.

In these terms, "bagh", "we", and "platform" all refer to the bagh.plus website and its services.

To open an account and use bagh's services, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You are required to provide accurate and complete personal information.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must register using your own name and your own mobile banking account.
• Online betting must be legally permitted in your area of residence.

A verification code will be sent to the mobile number provided during registration, which must be used to activate the account. bagh reserves the right to close any account and forfeit its balance at any time if false information was used during sign-up.

The security of your bagh account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone. You are responsible for any bets placed or transactions made by anyone who accesses your account.

Account Rules:

• Contact our support team to update your account details.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, report it to support@bagh.plus immediately.
• Options to temporarily close your account or set limits are available.
• Inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months) may be closed.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

Bagh may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

The following rules apply when placing bets on bagh:

• Minimum bet amount is ৳50 and the maximum single bet is ৳50,000.
• A maximum of 20 legs can be added to a parlay.
• Maximum payout for a single event is ৳5,00,000.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless a cash-out option is available.
• Bets are accepted before a match begins or within the live betting window.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with bagh's rules.
• In the event of a dispute, bagh's decision shall be considered final.

If a technical error causes incorrect odds to be displayed, bagh reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the original stake.

Bagh supports transactions via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit is ৳200.
• Maximum single deposit: ৳1,00,000.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300.
• Maximum daily withdrawal is ৳2,00,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered mobile banking number.
• Deposits are generally instant. Withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes.

If bagh suspects money laundering or any illegal financial activity, it reserves the right to suspend any transaction and report it to the relevant authorities. Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn directly without wagering if a bonus has been accepted.

Bagh offers Welcome Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, Cashback, and Odds Boosts from time to time. General terms for bonuses:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements, which are listed on the offer page.
• Wagering must be completed within a specified time period after a bonus is received.
• Bonuses cannot be used in combination with other bonuses unless explicitly stated.
• Bagh reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only once wagering is complete.
• Bonuses will be forfeited if irregular betting patterns are detected in connection with bonus abuse.

Bagh believes in responsible betting. We want every member to treat betting as a form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress.

• Any member can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits.
• You can temporarily suspend your account for a set period (1 week to 6 months) if needed.
• Requests for permanent account closure are accepted and processed within 72 hours.
• Upon request, bagh will provide betting history and financial statements.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bagh and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Betting using automated bots or software.
• Registering under another person's identity or with false information.
• Attempting to hack, phish, or compromise the platform's security.
• Transactions using funds from illegal sources (money laundering).
• Harassing or deceiving other members.

Bagh's website, logo, content, design, software, and all other materials are protected under bagh's intellectual property rights. No part of these may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior permission.

Viewing and reading content for personal use is permitted, but sharing or republishing to third parties requires prior written consent.

In short: we never sell your information to third parties. Data may only be shared when required by law or necessary to deliver our services.

Bagh is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or technical issues.

• Any loss resulting from theft of your account credentials or unauthorized access due to your own negligence.
• If we are required to suspend services due to changes in applicable law.

In any case, bagh's maximum liability is limited to the balance in your account.

Bagh may update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, advance notice will be sent to your registered mobile number or email.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please request account closure.
